Welcome to this beautiful house, with a private 8x4 salty swimming pool, with a deph ranging going from 1 to 1.70m, where you will swim while enjoying the wonderful landscape, the extraordinary views of the close mountains of the tramuntana close to Bunyola. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and you can sunbathe at one of the six hammocks. An external shower is ideal for a quick refresh. There is a fantastic covered terrace just close to the entrance, and a terrace covered with canes, both ideal places to enjoy a nice dinner with your loved ones. Also, you will love the little house beside this area equipped with a kitchen, barbecue and an oven!
The property, traditionally decorated, is divided in two floors. Just coming in, you will find an unified room composed by a living-room with a fireplace and satellite TV, the dining-room area and the big gas equipped kitchen, where you will find all the necessary amenities you might need to prepare your favourite dishes. From here there is a direct access outside. Obviously, there is an independent laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You dispose of a nice bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower as well on the same level. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the last one with two twin beds and direct access to a terrace. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe each and A/C. If you travel with a baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair on demand. There is gas central heating for the winter season.
Bunyola is a very quiet village located at La Serra de Tramuntana, very near to Palma city. From Bunyola, you can do different trips and routes around the Tramuntana area and its unforgettable villages around like Sóller, Biniaraix, Fornalutx, etc. Also, you will find all the necessary services you might need during your stay, like restaurants and bars, or supermarkets. We recommend a visit to Palma Cathedral, La Seu, and have a walk through the little streets full of flagstones at the old town, or go shopping.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
