In Es Llombards, the quiet district of Santanyi and close to the beaches of Es Trenc, Cap Ses Salines and the tranquil bays of S'Almunia and Mondrago, the holiday home Casa 3 Leones was built.
Two large village houses, Casa 3 Leones - whose origins date back to the beginning of the last century - were converted into a comfortable holiday home, with two houses growing together to form a two-storey house. The original structures were retained as far as possible, but brought up to date with modern materials. The result is a rural finca-style townhouse with a living space of over 214 square metres.
On the ground floor, the house offers a spacious, modern living and dining area with AC and an open-plan kitchen, which is perfectly equipped. A living hall/ sala entrada - with bathroom and guest WC has been extensively restored and forms the stylish heart of the house. A daybed would be available for a person who could not climb to the 1st floor. From here there is access to the upper floor, which has 3 bedrooms with AC and 2 bathrooms. One half of the entire upper floor, which extends over various levels, is taken up by the generously sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The south-east of Mallorca is known for its beautiful beaches and bays. Life here is unspoilt, but the well-organised infrastructure makes a stay in the Santanyi area very pleasant. Restaurants and cafés can be found in the village of Es Llombards, as well as children's playgrounds, a football pitch and paddle courts. The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santanyi is well known and popular throughout the island.
