The nearest child-friendly bathing place (with playground and sandy beach) is located about 15 minutes by car to the sea.There is also a very nice, about 15 minutes away by car beach area at Erken-Sjo (lake) at Svanberga with a 50 m long sandy beach. The lake has crystal clear water.Here you will also find the Viking village Vikingabyn Storholmen. A visit is really worth it. The village was built with a lot of enthusiasm and many, many hours of work.As the holiday home is located only 1 hour from Stockholm, is a day trip to the 'Venice of the North' optimal.
