Semi-detached houses, located directly at the sea, with own access to the fine, almost private sandy bay, in the idyllic surroundings of the district of Spathies.
A small path leads from the garden to the wonderful sandy bay.
The 3 semi-detached houses SPATHIES are located on a large, beautifully landscaped split-level garden with Mediterranean plants, directly at the sea in a slight hillside situation.
The offset design of the semi-detached houses in L-form ensures some privacy for the residents of the individual units.
The semi-detached house which is offset to the back is used by the English speaking owner family as a summer residence during the summer months.
The 2 comfortable semi-detached houses are built in a row, 5 m apart and are located vertical to the sandy bay.
Each unit is separated by a privacy screen for sight protection.
Access to each holiday house is via stairs.

The air conditioning system is installed on the first floor of the hallway.
The house is non-smoking. 1 parasol, 2 sunbeds and 4 beach chairs are available for the guests and can be taken to the beach.

la maison est très bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. Le plage est à coté et est peu fréquenté donc très agréable. C'est assez calme et facile d'accès depuis Nikiti c'est très bien situé sur la presqu'ile de Sythonia. la presque ile est restée assez sauvage et il y a plein de magnifique plage tout le long de la cote

das haus spathies hat uns sehr gut gefallen. die lage mit dem fast privaten strand ist top, die ausstattung sehr geschmackvoll, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, das preis-/leistungsverhaeltnis stimmt - ein perfekter urlaub - gerne fahren wir wieder in dieses haus!
