This small holiday home complex with wonderful sea and beach views is located on the southern edge of the extensive sandy beach of Nikiti, in absolutely peaceful surroundings.
Due to the beautiful hillside location, the semi-detached houses, modelled on the Macedonian architectural style of the region, stand in terraces in 4 rows one behind the other.
The semi-detached houses are built offset to each other so that there is no direct view of the terrace of the other half of the house.
The semi-detached holiday home Miranta is located in the front row directly by the sea, with a fantastic view.
A flat, private lawned plot with vine-covered pergola and benches surrounds the holiday home.
Directly from the property, about 50 metres down a flight of steps, there is a shallow path over the sea to the sandy beach below the complex.
The ground floor of the holiday home consists of the living/dining room area with air conditioning, the open-plan kitchen area, a small bedroom and a bathroom.
Direct access from the living room and bedroom to the surrounding terrace and garden with wonderful sea views.
From the living room, the staircase leads to the upper floor to two further bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and to the bathroom.
From each bedroom there is direct access to the covered, large terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Nikiti.
The air conditioning is installed on the upper floor of the staircase.
The centrepiece of the holiday home is the covered garden terrace to the side of the house with BBQ area and fantastic views of the sea, the surrounding coastline and the village of Nikiti.
The beautifully situated holiday home Miranta offers its guests the best conditions for a relaxed holiday by the sea with family or friends.
Directly below the small complex is the shallow sea, after a total of 100m to the beach, which connects to the extensive kilometre-long sandy beach of Nikiti.
There are several beautiful bays and fine sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity.
The beach bars with sun loungers and umbrellas on Nikiti beach are a further 400 metres away.
The fine sandy bays of Kastri and Aghios Ioannis are approx. 1km south of the small holiday home complex.
In Nikiti, the existing infrastructure provides all the amenities for your holiday.
Many cafés and tavernas line the pedestrianised promenade directly on the beach.
Numerous shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, pastry shops and ATMs can be found in the smaller and larger streets of the village.

Great views and quite perfect for people who doesn't want to be very close to busy places. Parking available and responsive host. I recommend an upgrade on bed mattresses as they look very cheap and aren't very confortable. overall a great experience and everything you need is available as per description. happy with our stay

Wenn die Lage und Aussicht nicht wäre, wäre ich wieder umgedreht und nach Hause gefahren. Die freundlichen Hausverwalter vor Ort halfen uns wo Sie nur konnten, aber der Zustand der Unterkunft war selbst für griechische Verhältnisse katastrophal.
