Modern townhouse with private pool and sea views in S'Horta. Finca Fernandez is a comfortable holiday home with elegant quality interiors and an extended outside area in walking distance to all facilities and restaurants. It offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms en-suite.
=== Features ===
Townhouse Fernandez is an ample holiday home which has been renovated from scratch only recently. Today it is a modern and elegant domicile, with high ceilings, open beams, some original field stone walls, elements made of iron and fair faced concrete. The mixture is superb and creates a unique ambience. From the pool area there are glass sliding doors to entre the house by the large, modern kitchen with cooking island. Next to it there is a sunny living/dining area with fireplace. It is furnished with various sofas and a large dining table to gather for lunch or dinner. Glass sliding doors give way to the terrace. Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with doors towards the pool area and a guest toilet as well as a utility room. Stairs are leading up to the first floor. Here, there are three more bedrooms, all with access to a terrace with sun loungers and marvellous views of the countryside up to the sea.
All bedrooms are fitted with twin beds and have shower bathrooms en-suite as well as air-conditioning running on a fixed schedule from 21:00 to 09:00 hours.
The central air conditioning system is also serving as heating during colder months. The fixed hours (21:00 - 09:00 hrs) can be extended at extra charge.
=== Outdoor area ===
The pool area offers marvellous views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. Next to the kitchen there is a covered terrace with dining table and chairs as well as a BBQ area with worktop and sink. The pool terraces are furnished with comfortable sun loungers, next to it is a lawned area for the children to play on. There is another cosy terrace with sofas to relax enjoy a quiet moment.

Townhouse Fernandez is located in the small village of S'Horta on the Southeast coast of Mallorca. Restaurants, bars and two small supermarkets are in easy walking distance. The village with only 1.000 inhabitants offers two supermarkets, some cafés, a bank, two restaurants and a bakery. In the next village, Calonge, which is at less than on kilometre distance, there is another supermarket and around the church square there are some more restaurants and cafés. Towards Cala Ferrera, there is the popular Cala Sanau beach, at less than 10 minutes by car. Cala Ferrera belongs to the lively holiday resort Cala D'Or, which has no less than 7 sandy beaches, a nice pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants and the beautiful marina. The charming fishermen's village Porto Colom is at 6 kilometres distance. Famous for its beautiful fishermen's houses and the seaside promenade with some excellent fine dining restaurants, the village offers also two more beaches. Finally there is the Vall D'Or golf course in less than 5 minutes distance by car. The house is on the main road of the village.
