The apartment is on the 1st floor and can accommodate 4 people in its rooms which consist of a living-dining area, a separate and well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Facilities of the child-friendly holiday flat also include Wi-Fi, a cable TV and a parking space.

The large community pool in the complex provides some refreshment.

Lake Garda (Spiaggia della Rocca), restaurants and bars and a grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance; the centre of Manerba del Garda is only a few minutes away by car.
