These traditional-style seaside holiday cottages are only a 15-minute stroll from the Blue Flag sandy beach of Rosslare.
This pretty seaside village has a superb choice of restaurants, cafes, pubs and sporting facilities.

Willow Grove Holiday Cottage No.4 Description – Sleeps 5Willow Grove Holiday Cottage No.4 is a traditional style holiday cottage which enjoys a bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
The country-style kitchen is fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday home in Ireland.
This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open plan kitchen - Living area with open fire - Dining area - Bedroom 1: twin ensuite sleeping 2 Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1 - Family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower Outside this seaside holiday cottage is an enclosed lawned garden with a patio area and a picnic table provided.
Guests can enjoy the on-site facilities, which include an open park area and children’s playground at these seaside holiday homes.

Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner.
In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid.
We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2.
Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.
Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge.

House was clean and comfortable, a quiet location with on site playground and reasonably close to shops and Rosslare strand
House could benefit from an upgrade on blinds curtains (blackout preferable) etc it is ridiculous that at the price there is no individual bin for each house I spent €32 going to londis to a compactor with 4 bags of rubbish and that was with only one young infant in the family group

Nice little house which had everything we needed. Not far from the beach which the kids enjoyed.
Facilities and house manager were every good. No issues there. Too many emails from Trident though with reminders on how much the holiday package costs etc. Really off putting. They should put their focus on promoting the location and the local businesses instead of sending 25+ emails reminding the holiday maker that it will cost XY and Z for extras etc.
