It is on the 2nd floor of a house with another holiday apartment.
The cosy accommodation has a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.
The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and a baby bed.
The highlight is the large, furnished shared terrace from which you can look out over the white rooftops to the glittering sea.
Guests share the terrace with visitors of another apartment and in the summer there is also a shady awning available.
A supermarket is only 120 m away.
Restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity and the nearest sandy beach, Playa de los Bateles, is 900 m or a 10-minute walk from the property.
Parking is available on the street.
