The apartment develops on two floors (90 sqm) and it can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests in two double bedrooms and two others in a double sofa bed.
One accesses the apartment through a private main front door that leads you to the wide living room on the ground floor where you will find a dining table, chairs, armchairs and sofas. Through a stone staircase you access the first floor where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
It is provided with a working fireplace, two armchairs and a SAT TV. From the kitchen you access the two bedrooms: the first one is a double bedroom with a wardrobe; the second one is composed of two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed. Also here you have a wardrobe at your disposal. On the first floor you will also find a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Use of the sofa bed upon request and payment. Overall, the property was nice, but it was quite drafty and musky smelling, especially on the first level. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was probably a 1960 model spring bed that needs to be replaced. The bed also was leaning down toward your head and the springs or something would jam when you...

posizione ottima per visitare la citta un po ' piu problematico il parcheggio fuori dalle mura. occorre utilizzare delle scale mobili che però non funzionavano sigh. alloggio particolare nella parte storica della città arredato con mobili antichi di legno e possibilità di farsi un the o un caffè

Communication was great! All our questions were answered fast. Location of the apartment was at the centre of the town, but the street was quiet at night. The street was actually steps, so not the easiest choice with strollers, but manageable. We could find everything we needed in the apartment. It was also very clean inside. We had a great stay!
