The apartment, of 50 square meters, is composed of a comfortable living room with sofa (convertible if necessary into a double sofa bed), dining table and TV, AC as well as a large fully equipped kitchenette.
From the living room you access the bedroom consisting of a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
Completing the apartment is a comfortable entrance hall and a bathroom with shower, before which you will find a utility room with washing machine.
The apartment is perfect for both short and long stays, it is ideal for couples or families and will allow you to fully enjoy the historic center where you can get a taste of the sweet life of this beautiful part of Tuscany.

Absolutely perfect location for Cortona! Only down side is that because it’s centrally located, it’s very noisy at night and early morning. We tolerated it as we felt the location was most important to us.
