San Remo Condominium is a modern and functional building, consisting of two staircases, Staircase A and Staircase L, both arranged over 6 floors with elevator access, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
On the ground floor, there are apartments with independent entrances, offering a comfortable and private solution.
At the rear of the building, there is a shared condominium parking area, available to residents, although it is not sufficient for all units, especially during the high season. The condominium enjoys a strategic location, just a short walk from the beach and the seafront promenade of Lido di Pomposa, the heart of the resort, where a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, and services can be found.
Everything is easily reachable on foot, making San Remo an ideal choice for those seeking a stress-free holiday with all amenities close at hand. To make the stay even more enjoyable, from mid-June to mid-September, every Monday evening the seafront comes alive with a handicraft market, a popular event among visitors to the Italian Adriatic Coast, perfect for an evening stroll among stalls and a lively summer atmosphere. Not enough parking for everyone.The accommodation has not garden and balcony.
It is also equipped with TV, washing machine and air conditioning in dual-split (1 in living room and 1 in the hallway), a beach umbrella and two sunbeds at the affiliated bathing establishment. Is just a few steps from the private beach and promenade of shops BEDS The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed. SERVICES ON REQUEST to be booked in advance or added to the cart in case of online booking: Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply. Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply. ANIMAL HOSPITALITY Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night.
In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money. BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure.
The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.). If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged. The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00. TOURIST TAX € 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.

La posizione comoda al mare.
Poco distante c'è una casa con una tettoia di onduline di eternit/cementoamianto che sarebbe meglio bonificare per non penalizzare il vicinato.
