BEDS The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.
SERVICES ON REQUEST to be booked in advance or added to the cart in case of online booking: Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
ANIMAL HOSPITALITY Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night.
In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.
BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure.
The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 60.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 60.00.
TOURIST TAX € 0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.

La tv non va!
Non ce wi fi.
Il telcomando della tv non ce, solo quello del decoder, cuindi non si puo cambiare canale o alzare il volume ed senza wi fi non funzionano i canali della smart.
L’aria condizionata ce solo nella stanza sopra della stanza, cuindi il salotto del primo piano e la stanza matrimoniale sprovisti di Aria condizionata.
Cuindi se cucini é un sauna!
