Villa Appennini is a welcoming complex of one- and two-bedroom apartments in villa-style buildings, available on the ground floor and first floor.
Each unit features a private garden and private parking space, providing comfort and independence during your stay.
The complex is located in a quiet green area, just a few steps from the center of Lido di Pomposa, where you can find shops, bars, and essential services, and about 400 meters from the sea, easily reachable on foot.
Villa Appennini is the perfect choice for those looking for a peaceful holiday without giving up the fun and beaches of Lido di Pomposa, combining relaxation and convenience in a single location.
Apartment in a villa on the first floor with common entrance with another unit, a large balcony, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a room with a bunk bed and an additional single bed, a second bathroom with shower cabin.
On the ground floor garden with private parking.
The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine and air conditioning in mono-split (in the living room).
At about 250 meters from the center of the shops and about 400 meters from the private beach.
For those who want to enjoy the free beach, it is about 600 meters.
The quiet and green area where it is located, it is ideal for relaxing with only the sound of nature.
BEDS The apartment has a maximum of 5 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.
The accommodation is suitable for one family only.
SERVICES ON REQUEST to be booked in advance or added to the cart in case of online booking: Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
ANIMAL HOSPITALITY Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night.
In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.
BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure.
The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00.
TOURIST TAX € 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.

Es hat uns dort sehr gefallen. War sehr sauber. Paar Kleinigkeiten haben in der Küche gefehlt. Aber innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde darum gekümmert! Personal sehr freundlich!
Gute Klimaanlage!
Kein WLAN.
Eine bedachte Terrasse wäre wirklich toll. Der Stein der Fassade erhitzt sich enorm. Dann wird es recht unerträglich draußen. Etwas weit vom Strand entfernt: ca. 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Also nicht weiter tragisch
