Nearby Southwold is 5 miles away with its famous, iconic lighthouse and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Parking: Street parking only -  please be aware that there is a private residence next door to these apartments. Entrance for 1 Millstone on gate.

Pets: one well-behaved dog is permitted. Not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes: three seater sofa can be also be used as a sofa bed, if accommodation is needed for 2 additional guests-please request this at the time of your booking.
