- Hillside location: the villa is located at the top of a hill, approximately 400 metres from the beach. While the distance is short, the walk back involves a relatively steep uphill climb, which may be challenging for some guests.

- A car is recommended.

- Pool is not heated: the private swimming pool is not heated

- Not suitable for very young children: the house is not ideal for toddlersvery young children, as the swimming pool does not have a safety fenceprotective net

- There are stairs and level changes without safety gates
