Situated in an elevated position overlooking the beautiful St Ives, its large picture windows in the lounge/dining area provide amazing views over the town and harbour. A great location to explore the town, harbour and sandy beaches. Only a 3-4 minute walk to the beautiful and popular family beach at Porthminster. For those not travelling by car, it is also easily accessible from the bus, coach and railway station.
