On the high hills of Casentino, among castles, monasteries, and ancient churches.
La Scatolaia is a pretty house divided in two apartments (one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor) set in the hills on the borders of the National Park of the Casentino, an area of great natural beauty with many castles, monasteries, and ancient parish churches. Wide green space and pool set on a natural terrace.
All around the house a wide green space (approx. 1.500 m2) completely fenced and overlooking the valley below .
Each apartment has its own entrance and outdoor area equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
The two apartments are not internally connected.
At guests disposal a beautiful and fenced swimming pool (size m 5x10 - depth m 1,50 - open from 01st May to 30th September), children playground, table tennis and wood oven for barbecuing or making pizzas. GROUND FLOOR: with stone walls and wooden ceilings.
Sitting/dining-room with open fireplace and sofa, kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom leading to a single bedroom, bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: with entrance from the porch on the higher level of the garden, it comprise sitting/dining-room with double sofa bed and open fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms, single bedroom, bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: dish-washer, washing machine, satellite TV, tennis table, Wi-Fi Internet access, fridge, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster.
