Ayia Napa Beachfront Villa ANLN41 is semi-detached property located just a few metres from Pernera Beach and only a few minutes' walk to the centre of Ayia Napa.
Napa Beachfront Villa offers great sea views and a superb patio area surrounded by a mature garden. Just in front of the villa is large lawn-covered garden ideal for children to play. The walkway that passes just in front of the villa stretches along the coast of Ayia Napa and one can easily walk along this walkway from Nissi Beach on the West to the beginning of Cape Greco Area on the East.
Napa Beachfront features an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room offers comfortable sofas and flat screen TV.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed as well as a child's bed and a small balcony offering superb sea views and a cool breeze. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with two single beds and a further single bed. On the same floor there is also the family bathroom. In total the villa can sleep five adults and one child in beds.
The while house is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Ayia Napa Beachfront Villa ANLN41 offers the best of both worlds. A beautiful white sand beach less than one minute's walk away and the centre of one of the most cosmopolitan town in Eastern Mediterranean less than 5 minutes' walk. Nevertheless, even though this property is in the centre of everything it is somewhat secluded and relatively quiet.
Just in front of the villa passes a well-lit walkway that stretches across the whole of Ayia Napa coast making it very easy to walk to small fishing shelter of Ayia Napa to enjoy a traditional fish meze or take a boat trip as well as to walk to Nissi Beach to enjoy one of the best beaches in the world and a cool cocktail.
Within walking distance to Napa Beachfront Villa you will find all amenities, shops, restaurants, bars, night clubs, supermarkets, pharmacies and a clinic.
