The holiday house is in the quiet Wendorf district and was completed in 2014.
There is a terrace in the garden with an outdoor grill, garden furniture and a lawn for playing and relaxing.

The living and dining room provides a cosy sitting corner with a dining table and a corner bench, a TV and a well-equipped kitchen unit. The bathroom hasa shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
