Our chalets and flats in Sölden are the perfect starting point for your discoveries in nature. In winter, they are located directly on the piste - there are no limits to the skiing fun. You can ski as long as your legs will carry you and, if you wish, only return to your flat in Sölden after sunset.
If you still haven't had enough, it's best to plunge into the après-ski fun - after all, that's what Sölden is famous for all over the world! As you can see, both party animals and those seeking peace and quiet make the right choice when they opt for our flats in Sölden.
Step outside the door in summer and you're already in the centre of Sölden's hiking and biking paradise. You can start your hikes and bike tours directly from our accommodation - or let the lifts take you up to the heights to get closer to the summits.
In summer, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the price. As a thermal spa partner, we can offer a 10% discount on admission to the Aqua Dome Tirol Therme Längenfeld all year round.
There is a restaurant in the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 metres away)
W-LAN is also included in the whole house as well as the car parking spaces, which are available free of charge, bed linen and towels are provided. There is also an electric charging station and a bike cellar with workbench and washing area.
The terrace, which faces east, is furnished with chairs and tables and offers a wonderful view of the Ötztal mountains.
Our flat, about 52 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: 1 studio with box-spring beds and flat-screen TV, a separate sleeping area with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with rain shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror, radio, 1 WC with washbasin, flat-screen TV in the living room, living room with dining area, couch and fully equipped kitchen (combined oven with microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crockery), terrace.
The perfect location guarantees peace and relaxation as well as easy access to the Giggijoch ski area and the Harise (670) and Traien (677) MTB nature trails, as the ski slope and the nature trails lead right past our house. The perfect starting point for further hikes, mountain tours and mountain bike tours.
The Panoramaalm is in the immediate vicinity. The village centre is approx. 1.5 km away.
The location directly on the ski piste and in summer on the Giggijoch mountain bike trail.
