This more than 350 year old detached half-timbered house with horses is located below the Tecklenburger Anstieg. Ideal for cycling, hiking, walking or simply going for a stroll. There is a beautiful adventure golf course next door, where you can not only play minigolf, but also get to know a lot of the Tecklenburg area at the same time. The flat is on the first floor of the half-timbered house and has its own entrance area up the stairs.
With a living space of approx. 85 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of six people. The living room has a cosy sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. A children's painting corner, a children's play corner and two single beds (0.90 metres wide) behind a partition. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, fully automatic coffee machine and a dining table with four chairs (two additional chairs are also available in the flat) so that you can start a relaxing holiday. In the bedroom there is a double bed (2 metres wide) and a large wardrobe. Behind the next door you will find another bedroom with two beds facing each other and shelves for your clothes. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, two washbasins, a WC and a hairdryer. The landlord will be happy to provide you with a highchair and a cot/baby bed free of charge on request. There is heating in all rooms of the flat and WLAN is also available throughout the flat free of charge.
In summer, you can enjoy your time outside on the guest terrace, relax or simply linger. You will find a barbecue in the locked bicycle room, where you are also welcome to store the bicycles you have brought with you. Next to the front door is our boiler room, where you can hang out your washing to dry if it has got wet from a rain shower. You can park your car in the guest car park next to the courtyard entrance. A maximum of three pets are welcome for a daily fee.
Please leave the flat as you found it. Please observe our house rules, which you will find in the photo and in the flat. Remove any soiling, as only then can the landlord permanently waive a cleaning fee. Fitters always pay a flat rate for cleaning on arrival. You can also order bread rolls from a bread delivery service. Since the landlord lives on the property, you have a direct contact person on site for questions or suggestions, and your arrival time is possible from 2.00 pm. The flat is available to you on the day of departure until 12.00. Since the front door is equipped with a code lock, please ask for the code shortly before your arrival if no information has been sent by the landlord by e-mail 2 days before arrival.
The accommodation is located directly on the beautiful hiking trails. There are various hiking routes from here: The "Canyon" is always worth a hike and the idyllic moated castle Haus Marck can be reached in a few minutes via Königstrasse.

Dichtbij wandel/natuurgebied. Tecklenburg is een leuk stadje.
Wij hebben genoten van het fijne huis waar eigenlijk alles aanwezig was. Het was schoon en netjes.
Wij willen graag nog eens terugkomen met mooier weer.

Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig in het appartement en mochten we gebruiken.
De eigenaars waren ook heel vriendelijk.
Jammer dat het terras beneden naast het huis was. Je kon niet zo naar buiten lopen.
