The house is detached and enjoys a quiet location. It is a newly furnished 50m² holiday house, providing a spacious and light living room with a kitchen and a bedroom in a country style with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Bed linen and towels are included. A bottle of champagne is provided free of charge on arrival.
Two big terrace doors provide direct access to the outdoor area with a wooden terrace and a big area of lawn, garden furniture and a grill.
It is just one minute to where you can swim, the car parking space and the rowing boat with a fishing pier, for use free of charge. Furthermore at our accommodation on an elevation with a view over the Nepperminer See we offer you a canopy beach chair and relaxation loungers.
Enjoy the lovely sunsets by the lake with a glass of wine, exclusively from your own waterfront site. It is about 6km to the seaside towns on the island and about 3km to the romantic moated castle. The owner can lend you bicycles to explore Usedom along the cycle paths. There is a local fish restaurant.
