Living in the middle of the historic old town of Cochem The flat is located in the middle of the historic centre of Cochem. The famous market square is only 50 metres away.
You have access to the communal outdoor terrace
The flat has two bedrooms, a large living room, a spacious dining room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and direct access to the roof terrace. In the larger bedroom you will find a double bed with two firm, high-quality single mattresses (90 x 200 cm each) and a spacious wardrobe.
The slightly smaller bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a firm, high-quality mattress and a spacious wardrobe. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds. We have placed great emphasis on healthy sleeping comfort when selecting our mattresses in both bedrooms. The spacious living room is furnished with a suite for five to six people. There is a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a good stereo system with USB connection. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table that seats six people comfortably.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen in a modern high-gloss design leaves nothing to be desired.
