Casanova is a Tuscan farmhouse. It is situated in the middle of the woods that surround it at 360 degrees, so nature and relaxation are guaranteed.

The flat is about 60 sqm. Arranged on 2 levels with covered outside veranda (equipped) + outside garden area (equipped), it has its own entrance from the farmhouse.
On the ground floor there is a dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette (equipped with sink, gas cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer, toaster).
On the first floor: standard double bedroom 180x200+ cot on request, small bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190 (in case of infants on request addition cot) , bathroom with shower . The windows all have a forest view.

The garden is for the unlimited use of guests -
The swimming pool is for shared use with the other guests, max. 8 persons.
It is open in the summer period from 15.6 to 15.9 (unless weather conditions are favourable the opening is brought forward). Parking is inside the property. The barbecue is at the guests' disposal.

The flat is not equipped with a dishwasher. The washing machine is in common use with the other guests. Laundry service can be provided on request (for a fee). Final cleaning is included in the price of your stay. Linen is changed every weekend. Linen and utilities are included in the price. The property is fenced off for the safety of the guests and to prevent animals from entering the woods at night.

Casanova is located 4.5 km from the city centre of Pistoia, a medieval town rich in history, art, good food and inhabited by helpful people.
Situated in a strategic position Pistoia allows, within a radius of about 1.H max. 1.30 minutes, its guests to enjoy day trips to the best cities of art in Tuscany: Pisa, Lucca, Montecarlo di Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Monsummano Terme, Vinci, Prato, Florence, Arezzo, San Gimignano, visits to local wine cellars, Monteriggioni, Siena, Arezzo.
Without neglecting the beauty of the Pistoia mountains and the sea of Versilia (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago, and, if you want to exaggerate for a longer but feasible trip, LE CINQUE TERRE).
