There is a private pool and a large garden area and also an outdoor dinning area with sunning ocean view
The ground floor is about 60 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room, a flat-screen Satellite TV and stereo system. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area. A WC for guests is available in the same floor. At the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom as well as an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub. At the lower floor there is a double bedroom and one single bedroom as well. An additional fully equipped kitchen is located in the same floor with a double sofa bed.
