This holiday home is located around three kilometres outside of Lezardrieux and is in a wonderfully peaceful location surrounded by greenery. In addition to the tranquillity of country life, you can also enjoy the proximity to the sea. Restored natural stone house from the 16th century with a spacious, private garden and terrace, in a peaceful and green setting not far from the Atlantic coast
The 2000 m² private garden is enclosed and has a terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. A private car parking space is also available.
The stone farmhouse, built in 1578, was last renovated in 2016 and offers around 140 m² of living space for up to eight people. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm, with latex mattress), two further bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm). All bedrooms are located on the first floor. There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The ground floor is divided into a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. In the kitchen you will find everything you need: an oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and even a dishwasher. The living area has a fireplace (firewood not provided), a flat-screen TV, home cinema, stereo system and a DVD player. You can view your photos on the TV via a card reader. In addition to a washing machine in the bathroom, you can also use an iron and a hoover. All rooms can be heated (oil heating). Internet (WLAN) is also available in all rooms.
The holiday home is only 600 metres from the sea. The large coastal footpath (GR34, old customs officers' path) runs almost directly alongside the property (100 metres). In the village of Lezardrieux, three kilometres away, you will find a small supermarket, bakery, butcher, post office, pharmacy and pizzeria. If you like saunas and whirlpools, head to Paimpol (5 km). The surrounding area is ideal for sailing and canoeing as well as for various hikes and exploring the coastal area. Tennis enthusiasts will also get their money's worth (tennis court: 3.5 km).
