The villa is on two floors and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The heart of the villa is the large living room with a fireplace and a small patio with green plants.
It is furnished with several comfortable sofas and a large dining table for twelve people. Outside the shady terrace for outdoor dining can accommodate for as many people. Close to the dining area there is the fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, refrigerator-wine cellar, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle. From the living room two small flights of stairs lead to three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower.
Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. From the living room a staircase leads to the lower floor which includes: - a double bedroom with walk-in closet; - a bedroom with a double bed (cm 140x190); - a triple bedroom; - three bathrooms (a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a half bathroom). The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; change of bed linen and towels every 5 days (except in stays of a week); garden maintenance. The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival): heating consumption; firewood (kg.100) € 15,00; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 2,00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights (children under 14 years old exempted). Pets not allowed.
