The villa is on two floors.
On the ground floor the entrance covered by a big and shaded porch leads to the spacious living room with fireplace and corner bar. The living room overlooks the adjoining pool and the surrounding hills.
From the living room you enter the comfortable and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can comfortably dine in the kitchen or move outside where there is a large paved area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is the sleeping area, which is composed of four bedrooms: – 2 double bedrooms; – 1 bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds; – 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; for a total of 10 sleeps. At guests’ disposal on the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, a study room, a laundry room and a large terrace. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The villa is equipped with insect screens in all rooms. The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; weekly and final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; air conditioning; small pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week); pool and garden maintenance. The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival): heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
