The property has some unique features for a 1 bedroom, city centre apartment. There is a separate study room that's perfect for any remote working or catching up on emails when having a break from taking in the sights of York. The apartment bedroom features a double bed plus wardrobes and drawers.
The lounge, kitchen and dining space is very light and airy and a comfortable place to spend time in. There is also an excellent private patio area right outside the lounge. A real rarity for a 1 bed property within the city centre.

I look for a warm, clean, well equipped, cosy stay with a comfortable bed and a great shower. It had everything ! Kitchen had everything we needed. There is nothing I could fault - great location too. We will definitely stay again :) Thank you - what a great company to deal with - I will now always use Stays.

Great location for walking into York on foot. Very handy to have secure, well lit parking. Plenty of storage in the apartment.
