"Heraklion's Heart" is one of the newest and attractive apartments in the historical center of this lovely town.
Nestled in a prime central location, is ideal for travelers looking for a blend of comfortable living and easy access to the vibrant life of Heraklion.
Totally renovated to the highest standard and located right on the pedestrian area, just a few steps away from facilities of any kind.
This comfortable holiday home is set to impress.
Whether you are looking for a short city break, or a longer holiday, you will be surprised by the space, quality and comfort of this apartment! With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge, this apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4/6 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors.
It is ideal to accommodate both families and professional travelers! The apartment is equiped to fulfill both needs! Please note: As the apartment is located on a pedestrian-only street in the Old Town, car access is not possible directly to the property.
However, a private paid parking facility is available just 170 meters away (approximately a 2-minute walk), and we will be happy to provide directions upon request.
Inside, the apartment is set over 2 floors and has a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the first floor there is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cooking rings, fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, etc) opening straight to a lovely balcony (overlooking the alley and the Venetian Fountain Morosini) as well as a shower room.
The double sofa bed in the lounge can easily accommodate 2 extra guests.
Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there are 2 comfortable double bedrooms as well as a shower room.
For the comfort of our guests, the whole house is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).

Once you find parking, this is the absolute perfect place to stay in Heraklion. You are in the middle of the best part of town and have a wonderful balcony to look over it all. Parking wasn't difficult to find and then it was just a quick walk to the home. Thank you so much for having us!

tout très bien... sauf le réveil avec une inondation connue du propriétaire, venant du toit. il pleut dans l'appartement, dans la salle de bain, et dans l'escalier, le rendant dangereux ! et louer un appartement sans papier toilette... on avait pas encore vu cela...
