This characterful holiday flat in Neddesitz on the Baltic Sea coast offers space for up to 3 people and is ideal for anyone looking for relaxation in natural surroundings. Situated on the ground floor of a historic building, this accommodation promises a pleasant stay. The flat has a bedroom that can be darkened for quiet nights and an inviting bathroom with shower.
A special highlight is the terrace for exclusive use, which offers direct access to the lovingly landscaped garden. This borders directly on the forest, ideal for peaceful walks and time out in nature.
Despite its quiet location on the edge of the forest, you are only 200 metres from the nearest town centre, where you will find an adventure pool with indoor playground and restaurants. For water sports enthusiasts and beach lovers, both the beach and water sports facilities are just 6000 metres away. A particular plus point is the small Königsstuhl at the chalk quarry and the proximity to the Jadmund National Park.
The flat utilises renewable energy through solar power and a heat pump, which makes your stay not only pleasant but also environmentally friendly.
