Two apartments offer a comfortable and cosy atmosphere with a shared terrace and garden where children can play.
The apartments are equipped with SAT TV, free WI-Fi, air-conditioning, and offer a beautiful sea view.
Apartments Desa are the perfect choice for your vacation This classical studio apartment offers a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen and dining area equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances: a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a two plate cooker, a water kettle and a coffee machine.
The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and it has an exit to a terrace and a nice shared garden with barbecue facilities at disposal to all guests.
Welcome and enjoy your stay in the comfortable Apartments Desa! Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Biograd na Moru was once considered as the crown city of Croatian kings. But today it is a well-recognised nautical and tourist centre situated at the very heart of the Adriatic Coast. The city, tailored to suit everyone’s preferences, lies on the peninsula surrounded by a promenade and contemporary marinas from which a memorable view can be seen all the way to the Pasman Channel and islets scattered in it. Thanks to its decades-long tradition in tourism, colourful heritage and tourist offer, culinary specialities and sporting events, Biograd has become an attractive holiday destination. Moreover, it is located at the centre the Adriatic Coast, surrounded by the lasting beauty of national and nature parks.First time mentioned in the mid 10th century, Biograd on the sea was given the role of the seat of Croatian kings and bishops in the following century. The period of its greatest flourish reached its peak when the city became the residence of the medieval Croatian emperors. In 1102 the Croato-Hungarian king Colomanus was crowned there. Numerous artefacts of the tumultuous and rich history of the Biograd region were stored in the especially interesting Regional Museum. Biograd is a relatively small maritime city. Nevertheless, it has a rich historical background reflected in the Christian ecclesiastical buildings such as the parish church of St. Anastasia (1761), the early Romanesque church of St. Anthony (13th century) and the church of St. Rocco (16th century). Of all the ancient buildings that once existed in Biograd, only the basilica of St. John (11th century) has survived the Venetian devastation in 1125. Still, on the neighbouring island of Pasman, an 800-year old Benedictine Monastery of St. Cosmas and Damian (1125) stands alongside the Franciscan Monastery of St. Damian dating back to the 16th century.
