Lovely and plesant Room Anica S5 is located near peninsula called "Suha Punta", on the island of Rab. It is a part of a residental touristic complex which consist of five bedrooms with private bathrooms and three apartments.
This particular room has a comfortable double bed bedroom with a TV and a bathroom with a shower.
The room is situated on the first floor and also offers you a private balcony, where you can rest during the hot days on the island of Rab. Outdoor, there's a quiet shared garden.
In the garden, you can find seating area and a BBQ grill, surrounded with olive trees, palms, flowers and many other mediterranean plants.
Shared kitchen with a refrigerator is at your disposal.
Private parking place is available.
The complex is located only 100m from the sea and 6km from the center of Rab. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The beach proximity is very nice (few minutes walking). The property is situated in beautiful and calm area of the island, covered by woods, and in the end near to many sandy beaches with beautiful turqoise sea. There are only few houses so the area is super calm. The property has wonderful view on ...
