The comfortable holiday house Bella Vista spreads on over 112sqm and offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family and friends.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests and consists of a kitchen, living room with satellite TV, bathroom with shower, and storage room with washing machine on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with 4 rings electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker and fridge freezer.
The first floor consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a gallery with a single bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Air-conditioning isn't available in the living room.
The house has a terrace with large garden, garden furniture and a beautiful sea view.
There is also a grill where you can make delicious meals.
The house is overlooking beautiful green nature, offering the guests a relaxing and peaceful vacation away from the city noise but close to the beach and the city center of Poreč.

If you plan a quiet holiday, this small place is just right. This area is only 4 km from the center and only 1800m from the beaches. You can find pebble beaches, stone beaches and many small coves. If you want to move actively, you will be offered bicycle tours, walks, beach volley, minigolf, tennis and boat rental. The area is ideal for families planning a nice and quiet holiday.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit Meerblick und Blick ins Grüne. Perfekt zum Verweilen und Entspannen.
Der Pool ist himmlisch, die Bepflanzung sehr geschmackvoll.
Ein rundum schönes Urlaubsdomizil.

Annehmlichkeiten nur 4 Sterne da wir keine Auflagen für Liegen und Stühle hatten.Ausserdem wäre ein Sonnenschirm nicht schlecht gewesen. Markise war zu wenig.Ansonsten war alles super in Ordnung.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Standort war für uns top, da wir gerne alleine sind .Hausbesitzer Herr Lombardi war zufällig auch anwesend.Sehr lieber und aufmerksamer Besitzer.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
