The double room Sauko - Lavanda is located on the ground floor of the apartment house Sauko and consists of a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed for third person, bathroom with shower, TV, refrigerator and terrace.
The room has bed linen, towels, satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The garden has a barbecue available to all guests and a private parking space is in front of the house.
The room is located in an attractive location close to the hotel and apartment complex just 250 meters from the beach.
The center is just 900 meters away with a beautiful promenade.
You can also reach the city center by a little train that runs throughout the tourist season.
Downtown Porec includes the Old town of Poreč and the area extending to 600 m from the start of the famous ancient Roman street called Decumanus. Dogs are allowed, with an extra charge of €10.00 per dog/day. The fee is paid on the spot upon arrival.

The area "Center" includes: the Old town, the new part of the town near the new post office, and the area of Massa Lombarda. The Old town cannot be reached by car, while other areas are reacheable by vehicles or by food. The city is therefore surrounded by several parking lots to be used for a fee. There are several beaches north or south of the Old town, 1-10 minutes reacheable by food depending of the location of the apartment, one beach in the Old town and one beach on the Island of Sv.Nikola. In the area called "Center" there is a large supermarket called Billa and several small shops, cafes, restaurants, clothes' shops, a town's bazar, a bus station, a marina, a museum, galleries, a public library, historical sites, two post offices and two churches, one of which is on the World Heritage List of UNESCO. The Old Town is suitable for those who, in the summer, do not mind a lively city life, backpackers and travelers who continue their journey to Venice, Triest, Ljubljana and Pula. While Massa Lombarda area is perfect for those who are bothered by the city noise and want to be close to the old town and a few minutes walk away from the beach. Massa Lombarda is an area that is nearest from the beach of Pical.

Eine super Unterbringung und ein sehr freundlicher und sehr bemühte Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar war, und immer geholfen hat. Eine tolle Gastfreundlichkeit, wo man sich einfach wohlfühlen konnte. Es war nur für eine Nacht. Aber es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man ist in ca10min zu Fuss im Zentrum von Porec. Der Vermieter war sehr nett , zuvorkommend und könnte gut deutsch sprechen. Was ich immer sehr bewundere.LGKlaus Iking
