The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool 4m x 12m with massage, a Jacuzzi, 8 deck chairs, and 3 sun umbrellas, outdoor shower, covered outdoor dining area with barbecue.
Next to the dining area is a plot with artificial grass plot with toys and playing area for your youngest. The ground floor is A/C and offers a bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that is connected to an outdoor area with a glass wall.

A Bedroom No1 with super-king size bed 200cm x 220cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower.
There is also a separate toilet with laundry and all needed amenities. Internal steps take you to the first floor that offers a sauna room with fitness equipment (Orbitrek and Exercise bike). Bedroom No2 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm that can connect into a king size bed, TV, A/C, a balcony with outdoor furniture and mountain views, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Villa Agava is newly built 270 sqm villa situated in the village of Gata, about 7 kilometers from historic Omiš town and Omiš Riviera with sandy and pebble beach. Alles 100% in Ordnung und wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen! Die Anzeige hätte man nicht weiter aufpumpen können sonst hätte die unseriös gewirkt, aber das Haus ist noch besser wie Beschrieben!!!

Wir sind in Gata am Haus durch die klasse Beschreibung perfekt angekommen und wurden dort herzlich durch den Vermieter selbst begrüßt. Uns wurde alles bestens erklärt und bei Fragen konnten wir den Vermieter jederzeit kontaktieren.
Das Haus selbst ist MEGA, alle Zimmer sind gleichwertig und es fehlt...
