This spacious villa is located in a residential area close to the beach of Sa Coma.
It can accommodates up to 8 people. In the exterior area is ideal to enjoy each moment of the day.
The chlorine pool of 10 m x 5 m with a depth from 0.45 m to 1.50 m, is perfect to cool on the hottest days and then relax on sun loungers, next to the pool.
The pool area has a fence as protection for children.
The porch of 35 m2 invites you to spend a pleasant moments with your family or friends, enjoying some delicious meals prepared on the barbecue.
In the garden, there are different fruit trees: lemon, orange, medlar. The house is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with five armchairs and TV-Sat; a separate dining room with a table and chairs and a great fully equipped kitchen with vitro, so you can cook without any problem.
All 4 bedrooms have access to a small terrace and they count with two single beds each; one of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
In addition to the en suite, there is also another bathroom with bathtub.
There are 4 fans.
If traveling with a baby we will provide a crib and a highchair (on request).
The laundry is located on the floor -1, next to the garage, and consists of washing machine, iron and ironing board. The area of Sa Coma is a nice residential area on the east of Mallorca and has a variety of sandy beaches and coves very close.
The Sa Coma beach is just 400 meters from the house.
Other nearby beaches are the beach "S'Illot" and Cala Millor.
In about 10 minutes drive you will reach Porto Cristo, where you will find a wide range of tourist services such as bars, restaurants, shops, stores, etc...
We recommend you visit "les Coves del Drach" and "Hams Coves".
If you want to spend an active holidays and you practice sports such as golf, tennis or paddle tennis; this area is perfect for you.
There are several golf courses (Son Servera, Canyamel, Capdepera, among others) and different clubs and paddle tennis very close.
For lovers of cycling, the routes of the Chapel of Arta or Cala Ratjada Lighthouse, are very interesting. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars. There are parking space for 2 cars in the garage.
