On the lower floor there is a convenient and independent one-bedroomed apartment, which can be accessed via an internal staircase or via the outside. This apartment features a large kitchen with sitting area and a bathroom with shower as well as a double bedroom. The villa is surrounded by a well kept garden, offering the plus of a big brick-built barbeque. Living Room The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room. Kitchen The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
There is also a barbecue outside. Bedrooms Villa Ramos Dos has 4 air-conditioned Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with a double bed. (Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.) Bathrooms Villa Ramos Dos has 3 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 2 (En Suite) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 3 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Swimming Pool Private Pool Size: 8.0m x 4.0m Depths: Shallow End = 1.50m; Deep End = 2.10m Aspect: North-East Facing Pool Access: Ladder Additional Pool Features: Sun Beds, Poolside Dining Area and Heated Pool. Additional Information The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of €25 per day. Please contact us 48 hours before your arrival. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung. Großer Pool und kleine Outdoorküche mit Grill im Außenbereich. Parkmöglichkeit auf der Straße vor der Tür. Innen sehr viel Platz für alle Familienmitglieder. Ausstattung teils etwas veraltet, aber mit viel Charme. Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants in Laufweite. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Very nice villa which is central to Puerto Calero with plenty space. Very clean. The semi basement apartment we did not use but if there was a large group this would be great.

Villa Ramos Dos is in a great location, with a nice sized clean pool and property. It is a little dated but this could be forgiven had it a little more care, with broken sun loungers and no working air con available during our trip.
Our contact with the host was great however I had to chase for the...
