Hallo and welcome to our 4-sun holiday home! Combining the convenience of a well equipped holiday home with the charms of the Weinviertel, Austria's Wine Wonderland: This is what we stand for. For non-smokers only, our pleasantly furnished and well kept house is located in the village center right opposite the parish church. Hospitality in a relaxed atmosphere and everything it takes to make grown-ups and kids alike feel at home is what we hold in store for you. Enjoy a restful stay in our Holiday Apartment or our Dozy Mouse Room and treat yourself to a delicious buffet breakfast with or without the fried eggs we call SPIEGELEI. Forget the humdrum of everyday life in the quiet of the inner courtyard around the pool or the roofed sun terrace. Although a he-cat, Emil is waiting for more hugs. Join the cycling and hiking trail right in front of our doorstep. We'll pick you up at the nearest bus or train stop. No extra charges involved. Feel at home away from home and have a pleasant stay! Description of the accommodation
Die Ferienwohnung ist ein komplettes Wohnhaus , sie ist im Landhausstil eingerichtet und besteht aus 2 Schlafräumen 1 großen Wohnküche Vorraum Dusche und WC. Die Räume sind mit Vollholzmöbel und Parkettböden ausgestattet. Eine große Terrasse ermöglicht Ihnen einen träumerischen Ausblick. Die Schlafräume sind je nach Wunsch getrennt begehbar oder mit Verbindungstür zu nutzen.

Conditions/extras
Die Anreise ist von 14:00 bis 20:00 Uhr möglich. Die Abreise ist von bis 11:00 Uhr möglich. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort. Haustiere auf Anfrage (gegen Gebühr 7,00EUR pro Tier/Tag). Ein Babybett ist auf Anfrage kostenfrei vorhanden. Ein Zustellbett ist auf Anfrage möglich. Die Ortstaxe ist bereits im Preis inkludiert.
