The semi-detached house is quietly located in a residential area with a beautiful garden directly at the 1st hole of the golf course and only 200 metres from the clubhouse near the beach.
The terrace is furnished and there are two swimming pools with children's pool. There is a covered parking space.
The beautiful holiday home is distributed over two floors and has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed overlooking the lake in hole 1 and the other has two single beds overlooking the gardens and pools. There is a full bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.
