This six-bedroom villa in Sant Jordi is located just a short drive from Ibiza Town and Playa d’en Bossa, making it an ideal base for enjoying the island’s beaches, restaurants and attractions.
The villa is arranged over two levels and includes three double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning. On the main entrance level, you will find the open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Upstairs are the remaining four bedrooms: the master double bedroom with a private terrace, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a private terrace and one single bedroom.
There is also a large bathroom on this level, while a small hallway leads to the upper terrace. The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, with a television, WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker and air conditioning.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine. Outside, the property features a private swimming pool, gardens and plenty of space for sunbathing.
The sheltered BBQ area includes a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals together outdoors. Local supermarkets are just a few minutes away, while the proximity to Ibiza Town, Dalt Vila and Playa d’en Bossa makes it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. 4 minutes drive from Ibiza Town. 4 minutes drive from Playa den Bossa. 10 minutes drive from the Airport. Please note that this fantastic villa is located in a residential area; therefore, we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours who live in close proximity.
We kindly remind all guests to familiarise themselves with our noise policy as per our booking terms and conditions. Additionally, the villa is fitted with noise sensors - if noises levels reach above the maximum legal level, you will be notified with a warning.
Any complaints from the neighbours, town hall or police regarding noise can result in on-the-spot fines which guests will be liable to pay. Please note all our villas are well-equipped with a bluetooth speaker according to the sound regulations in Ibiza.
Under no circumstances will outside equipment including, speakers or DJ equipment be tolerated on the premises.
Penalties will apply and will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.
