This is undoubtedly an ideal house for a fantastic family holiday.
Ground floor: indoor area with barbecue and separate kitchen with dining table, plus a double bedroom and a bathroom. Access to the pool area and terrace. First floor: large kitchen, living - dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. Three bedrooms, games room and two bathrooms. First floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1: 1st floor, double bed 1,35m with wardrobe, ceiling fan and window.
Room 2: 1st floor, located next to Room 1, has two bunk beds, a wardrobe and a window.
Bedroom 3: 1st floor, double bed 1,50m, with wardrobe, ceiling fan and small terrace overlooking the back of the villa. Office: 1st floor, next to bedrooms 1 and 2, work area with small terrace.
Bedroom 4: 2nd floor, with 1.50m double bed, with small terrace overlooking the sea.

During the months of July and August the swimming pool is available EXCLUSIVELY for our guests.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
No bachelor parties are allowed.
Heating is NOT included, it is optional and available at an additional cost. Please consult us before booking. There are two ways to book.
