Living Room Area

This room flows into the dining area and has ample seating that includes two leather sofas and an armchair. The room has a feature fireplace and large archways that access the kitchen and the games room.

For the those of you who love a bit of tech, there's a 65” OLED smart TV with Freeview and a games console, as well as being furnished with a coffee table and a footstool.


Kitchen

The kitchen is accessed from the lounge and features an electric fan-assisted range oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher

A range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as well as smaller appliances that include a blender / mixer, cafetiere, toaster and kettle


Utility Room

A separate utility room accessed via the kitchen, is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner


Dining Room/Area

Incorporated into the lounge, this bright room features a large table with seating for eight


Games Room

Accessed through archway from lounge down two steps, this room features a Garlando Table Football and Smart speaker


All bathrooms and bedrooms are accessed via the central hall which is down three steps.


Master Bedroom

The spacious master suite features its own bathroom with separate bath tub, and is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen television with Freeview, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror and a dressing room

This room has access to the rear courtyard


Bedroom Two

This room is spacious and light and is furnished with twin 'zip and link beds' (configured as a super king size on request), a Smart television with Freeview, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror, an alarm clock and free-standing wardrobe. There is access via double doors onto the rear courtyard area.

This room can be configured to sleep an additional two children on trundle beds.

Bedroom Three

This lovely en-suite room features a double bed, clothes hanging frame, bedside tables with lamps, an alarm clock and a chest of drawers


Bathroom One

The en suite to the master bedroom features a rolltop bathtub with shower over, a separate shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail, W/C, mirror, shaver point and hairdryer

The en suite to the third, it features a shower cubicle, a hand basin, heated towel rail, W/C, mirror, and shaver point

Parking

Allocated private parking for one vehicle and additional guest parking available on a first come first served basis. Large vehicle access. Additional free parking can be found approximately 100m down the road but this is also on a first come first served basis

With its miles of golden sand and clear water, Porthkidney Beach which lies at the mouth of the Hayle Estuary, is just a short stroll from the property and here guests will discover a wonderful place to enjoy beach strolls or water sports all year round. The nearby towns of St Ives, Penzance and Marazion also offer a host of family-friendly attractions that include wildlife parks, sculpture gardens and geographical landmarks. The iconic West Cornwall Golf Club (which is the oldest in the duchy) is just two minutes' walk from the property. This is a testing seaside course so probably not the best option if you’re a beginner, however for those with some experience it’s said to be challenging and fun in equal measure. The course itself has a few quirky holes (laid out around the church) and is wonderfully natural, with its elevated location providing magical views across the St Ives Bay, and to the Atlantic Ocean beyond.
