This is a luxurious villa with its own private pool in a quiet area of La Marina Urbanisation, close to San Fulgencio Village and La Marina Village. Outside of the property there is a swimming pool, with outside lighting at night. An ideal place to spend the day, relaxing by the pool. Within a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket, bars and restaurants.
The villa sleeps 6 people.
For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space
The villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people.
You walk in to the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is free internet and English/Spanish TV.
There is a bedroom downstairs with double bed , wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with walk in showers.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom one has a Superking Bed with ensuite bathroom and and bedroom two has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinet. Outside the bedroom windows is a terrace where you can escape onto with a glass of wine from the rest of the family.
Aircondtioning is in all rooms.
There is private parking on the property for 1 car.
The Neighborhood
The properties are in a quiet urbanized area, within a 10 minute walk to the main strip in Urbanization La Marina or 5 minute drive to the urbanization or La Marina Pueblo.
There are lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets within a 5 minutes drive of the property.
Getting Around
A car is not essential for your vacation on the urbanisation, however if you wish to explore the surrounding villages and reach the beach you will require one.

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00.
Please be aware that any arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 35€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.
