The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen with dining/living area and a seating set. Furthermore, there is an impressive fireplace, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub.
The first floor offers air conditioning on the corridor, a twin and a double bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower.
Adjacent to the house is a covered terrace with fireplace and an outdoor summer kitchen – the perfect place to enjoy delicious barbecues. Further details: WiFi available free of charge.
The last 200 meters to the house are via an unpaved road. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed.
The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord.

The charming detached stone house is located on a large, well-kept property with altogether 5,000 m2 of land, which is part of the nature park Tihovinje-Goli. While the first neighboring house is located at a distance of approx. 200 meters, this place offers complete privacy and tranquility. The secluded and unique location, surrounded by rolling green hills, vineyards, and meadows, guarantees a relaxing vacation for the entire family. Heading inside, you will find lovely decorated and welcoming rooms provided with all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The small village of Gora Glušići is located in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula, at a distance of approx. 10 km to the coast.

Wunderschönes, romantisches Ferienhaus inmitten der Natur.
Abseits von Trubel und Tourismus.
Perfekt zum Entspannen und Entschleunigen.
Dennoch alles schnell erreichbar.
Sehr freundliche Vermieter, gut ausgestattet und absolut dem Profil entsprechend.

Nette, sehr ruhig gelegene, einfache Unterkunft mit sehr zweckmäßiger Ausstattung und mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Schöne Badebuchten innerhalb von 20-30 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Ort Labin hat eher wenig zu bieten.
