Le Papavo is a newly built holiday home with private pool and air conditioning nearby the Mont Ventoux.
This holiday home is located in Malaucène (Vaucluse, Provence) in a super cozy residence. The holiday home within walking distance of the village Malaucène benefits from a modern and very comfortable interior.
The beautiful living room and modern kitchen open onto the covered terrace, the garden and the private pool.
The bedrooms are upstairs and all have air conditioning.
The interior is very tasteful with beautiful, durable materials. The outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue is located under the covered terrace, where you can enjoy aperitifs on the balmy summer evenings and a delicious meal with a view of the swimming pool (8x3.5m-heated). The garden lighting and poolside lighting create an extraordinary atmosphere at night. You will also like to stay here outside the high season thanks to the heating of the swimming pool.
From the terraces you look out on a huge park that is immediately accessible from the garden with a gate.
Here you will find several football fields, a playground and plenty of space to play or walk.
The neighbors from the same neighborhood also have direct access, so it is a nice hotspot to get to know each other, but it is certainly not too busy.
