The specious and nicely decorated Apartment Melarnian is located on the second floor of the building and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The apartment spreads on 65 square meters and consists of an equipped kitchen wit kitchen utensils, a dinning area for 4 persons, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and towels, two comfortable bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has bunk bed.
The guests also have a balcony with garden furniture on their disposal.
The apartment is reachable by the stairs and by elevator.
The garage is located under the building and is connected to the apartment by an elevator and stairs.
The building is located near the city center of the popular tourist destination Umag and the nearest beach is only 300 meters away from the apartment.

Die Wohnung in Umag war einfach perfekt für unseren Urlaub – sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage war ideal, nah am Meer und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher schneeweiß, genug Geschirr vorhanden, Pfannen, Töpfe, alles da. Es ist eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner da. Haben wir aber nicht benutzt, können also nichts dazu sagen. Es sieht alles wie beschrieben aus. Top!!! Ma...
Uns wurde nicht erklärt, wie die Sache mit dem Restmüll funktioniert. Dass man dazu eine Karte benötigt und diese in der Wohnung vorhanden war. Haben sie ganz zufällig entdeckt.
Man hätte evtl. auch erwähnen können, dass der mittlere Schalter für's Badezimmer zum Wasserboiler gehört 😀
