The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, WC, dining room, living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and satellite TV.
A private parking space is available.
There is a large garden for children to play in, hiking trails and the possibility to explore the Vienna Woods by mountain bike, as well as the opportunity to play on 3 clay courts at the Gablitz tennis club.
