Great location for easy access to Padstow and the surrounding area but be ready for a stiff walk back up from the town centre. Good directions to find the house with easy parking in a quiet area.As other reviews have said, the property is in need of some TLC and the property handbook needs updating.Good value for money but remember, you get what you pay for.

A lovely clean and tidy house a short walk from Padstow. An allocated parking space with easy access and not far from the local supermarket. The house has a lovely kitchen with beautiful views. We will be back!

The Yellow House is in an excellent location for getting in & around Padstow. Be prepared for some hill walking, as the property is on the hill overlooking Padstow, but this makes for a nice quiet time away from the town centre. Padstow is an ideal base, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, local shops...
